These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of any product, service, or membership provided by Omni X. By purchasing or enrolling in any offer, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Terms (Omni X Core & Pro)
All Omni X memberships are annual commitments.
. You may pay annually or in monthly installments, but early cancellation is not permitted.
. This policy protects the integrity of our systems, strategies, and vault content.
Commitment:
• Core: Payment plan of $197/month over 12 months, or Pay in Full $1,970/year
• Pro: Payment plan of $497/month over 12 months, or Pay in Full $4,970/year
• Free for agents partnered with Christina Gentry at eXp Realty
Access to content is granted upon purchase and remains available for the duration of the membership. No partial refunds or prorated cancellations are provided.
📩 2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products and memberships,
all sales are final
.
We do not offer refunds on:
• Omni X memberships
• Digital downloads or mini-courses
• The Solo Content System or any template packages
• Omni X Business Builder onboarding or monthly access
Please review product details carefully before purchase. If you have questions, contact support prior to purchase.
💻 3. Digital Product Terms
Your purchase of any digital product (e.g. checklists, templates, mini-courses) grants you a
non-transferable, single-user license
for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
• Share, resell, or reproduce any part of the product
• Claim the material as your own
• Use templates or systems to create competing content or offers
Violations will result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.
⚙️ 4. Omni X Business Builder
The Business Builder CRM and automation platform is a
separate monthly subscription
. Optional setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable. Cancelation requires written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow software guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.
🧑💻 5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, training, and branding associated with Christina Gentry, Omni X, Luxe Omni, or any digital product remains the intellectual property of Christina Gentry.
Use outside the scope of your purchase is strictly prohibited.
⚖️ 6. Earnings Disclaimer
We do not make guarantees or assurances regarding income or business success. Results depend on individual implementation, effort, and other variables beyond our control.
By participating in any offer, you acknowledge responsibility for your own success.
🚫 7. Community Conduct
We maintain high standards for conduct in any private community or group. Harassment, spam, solicitation, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal, with no refund.
🧾 8. Billing Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication will result in immediate removal from all programs, forfeiture of access, and potential legal follow-up for breach of terms.

What’s the difference between Omni X and 1:1 Coaching?
Omni X gives you the training, and strategy to build your business your way. It’s self-led with high-value support. Coaching is Christina in your business, with direct leadership, accountability, and strategic insight tailored to you. Think of Omni X as the blueprint—coaching is the architect walking you through it in real time.
Do you offer anything for newer agents?
We don’t teach the basics or beginner-level real estate. We work with agents who are already producing and are ready to scale, lead, and grow a real business—not just hustle harder. If you’re newer but extremely driven, reach out to see about joining Luxe Omni where you can jump in quick and start producing right away. In conjunction with eXp Realty and mentors on the team, you'll still get all the training you need as a new agent.
How do I know I’m ready to work with you?
You’re ready if you’re done winging it. You’re ready if you know you’re capable of more—but you’re stuck in the weeds and tired of going in circles.
Do I have to join eXp Realty?
Of course not! You can join Omni X or be in coaching no matter which brokerage you're at. If you wish to join Luxe Omni, Christina's real estate team then yes, you would need to join eXp Realty. PS... you do get access to Omni X Pro at no cost if you partner with Christina at eXp Realty.
