All Omni X memberships are annual commitments.

Access to content is granted upon purchase and remains available for the duration of the membership. No partial refunds or prorated cancellations are provided.

• Omni X memberships

• Digital downloads or mini-courses

• The Solo Content System or any template packages

• Omni X Business Builder onboarding or monthly access

💻 3. Digital Product Terms

Your purchase of any digital product (e.g. checklists, templates, mini-courses) grants you a

non-transferable, single-user license

for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or reproduce any part of the product

• Claim the material as your own

• Use templates or systems to create competing content or offers

Violations will result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

⚙️ 4. Omni X Business Builder
The Business Builder CRM and automation platform is a

separate monthly subscription

. Optional setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable. Cancelation requires written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow software guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, frameworks, training, and branding associated with Christina Gentry, Omni X, Luxe Omni, or any digital product remains the intellectual property of Christina Gentry.

Use outside the scope of your purchase is strictly prohibited.

We maintain high standards for conduct in any private community or group. Harassment, spam, solicitation, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal, with no refund.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication will result in immediate removal from all programs, forfeiture of access, and potential legal follow-up for breach of terms.
